If you have been treated unfairly because you are prescribed cannabis medicines, tell us about it. Reporting takes around ten minutes, and everything you send is confidential and stored securely.
What you can report
Employment
Drug testing, disciplinary action, dismissal, refused roles or being told a lawful prescription breaches policy.
Housing
Landlords, letting agents, housing associations or neighbours treating prescribed medicine as illegal drug use.
Policing
Stop and search, seizure of medication, arrest, or being asked to prove a prescription roadside.
Healthcare & access
Refused treatment, prescription supply problems, or clinicians misunderstanding your prescription.
Education & social care
Schools, colleges, universities and safeguarding or social services referrals.
Driving & travel
Roadside testing, insurance questions, and travelling with prescribed cannabis medicines.
How reporting works

- 2Answer a short guided form: what happened, when, who was involved and what you want to achieve.
- 3Upload any evidence — letters, emails, policies, photos or recordings.
- 4We review it and come back with next steps, and what support is available to you.
Members and non-members
Members
Membership includes guidance, template letters and support with your report at no extra cost, with member rates on anything more involved.

You can still report an issue and request pay-as-you-go support. We will quote before any work begins — you are never charged without agreeing first.
Important: Membership is a protection you take out in advance. It does not cover, and does not discount, incidents that happened before you joined. If the issue you are reporting occurred before you became a member, you will be treated as a non-member for that report and pay-as-you-go rates will apply — even if you are a member today. You can still report it and request support.
