Everyone can report a case and use our standard documentation for free. Members get routine casework included with their subscription. Non-members can buy those same services one at a time. Expert witness and court work is chargeable to everyone, at a reduced rate for members.

Submit an incident report
Tell us what happened. Reports are logged and categorised for the Patient Protect evidence base.
Updates on the outcome of a reported case
We keep you informed on what happened with the case you reported.
Submitting a report does not automatically include individual case advice or representation.

Routine casework is subject to reasonable-use limits. Cases involving unusually extensive work are quoted separately.

Court and expert witness fees are starting prices. We issue a final quote after reviewing the case, evidence bundle, hearing length and travel requirements.
